Here is a little about me for those who are interested.
In 2008, I started my personal training course at the Australian Institute of Fitness. Upon the completion of my course, I began working at a 'female only' personal training centre in Adelaide.
After being instructed to train clients in a particular way, I found their goals and target areas were not being met. A short time later, I was fortunate enough to be left in charge and decided to do my own research and create my own training methods. I focused on goals that were more tailored to my individual clients rather than a generic training program.
As I sat down with each individual client, the same target areas kept reoccurring. '' I hate my inner thighs, back of my arms, tummy, bum''. As I continued researching, I started to practice different exercises targeting these areas. Before I knew it, I had developed my own set of the specific exercises to achieve a certain body type.
From there, I started my own business and it began! After such an amazing response to my first 6 months of training, I began to build an online presence via Instagram. This is where I started to upload my client transformations, healthy eating ideas and some training tips for all the women I couldn't reach around the world.
I now pride myself and my training on the incredible and life changing results I am able to bring to women. I hope in the future I can bring this same life changing experience to more and more women around the world!
I grew up saying “ I don’t know what I want to be – I just want to help people”. I have now found my passion, I love my job so much and I hope that I can inspire and help you too. I don’t want this webpage to be about me so that’s why I have limited myself to this small section!
